Company Incorporation
Pratham EPC Projects was incorporated on 27 October 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with a core focus on oil, gas, and water pipeline EPC projects.
Strategic Business Acquisition
The company acquired the business of M/s Pratham Construction, strengthening execution capabilities and accelerating early growth.
Strong Project Execution
Successfully executed more than 12 major pipeline projects including cross-country and City Gas Distribution networks for clients like GAIL, Gujarat Gas, SunPetro, Sabarmati Gas, and BPCL-Adani.
Public Limited Transformation
Converted into a Public Limited Company and renamed as Pratham EPC Projects Limited, marking a key corporate milestone.
IPO & Landmark Orders
Successfully launched IPO on NSE Emerge and secured a landmark ₹497 Cr EPC contract from Sun Petro Chemicals — the largest project in company history.
